Ha Eun Song
Winner of Keston MAX London Symphony Orchestra Audition, South Korean Cellist Ha eun Song has appeared internationally as a soloist/chamber musician.
Ms. Song has been featured at various international music festivals such as Eumyeon International Music Festival and Atlantic Music Festival where she worked with Troles Svane and Maria Tchaikovskaya. Ms. Song also joined Kronberg Academy where she worked with Gary Hoffman.
As an avid chamber musician, Ms. Song has won prizes in the chamber music competition at Ewha Woman University and Seoul Arts High School. She also participated in a masterclass as a string quartet member with the internationally distinguished violinist Kyung-hwa Chung in 2016.
This summer, Ms. Song was invited to The Music Academy of the West as a cello fellow and won the Keston MAX London Symphony Orchestra audition. As a winner, she will be traveling to London to perform with the London Symphony Orchestra under the baton of Sir Simon Rattle.
Ms. Song is a graduate of Ewha Women University where she earned her Bachelor of Music degree under the tutelage of Il-hwan Bae. She is currently pursuing her Master of Music degree at Yale School of Music with a full scholarship award under the tutelage of Paul Watkins.
